So, the season premier of Army Wives 5th season was last night...and well I'm by far the biggest Army Wives fan of all time I believe...even if some of the things in the show are not in realistic terms. I mean it is TV. But anyway, I tuned in last night with a bountiful supply of excitement & well...the first show of the season wasn't all that great! I hope it all turns around & gets really really good this year. Maybe I had too much excitement & built it up too much...I dunno, I'm just hoping for more! I will continue to watch faithfully though & I hope this is not the last season aired! So, here's to hopes of good season of Army Wives:)
Not sure if any of you catched the show afterwards "Coming Home", I only caught a few minutes - but wow! Hits so close to the heart:) I love watching homecomings even if it does get me reaching for the Kleenex's everytime!!!

we watched what your granddad wanted to watch... not sure if we could see Army wives anyway... but we didn't see either of those... LOL
I love the show too and I was sorely disappointed. I just felt like the season premier should have been more of a build-up for the rest of the season. It's fine if there is a story-building episode in the middle of the season, but not for the premier.
And I am already bored with Pamela's story-line. He finally gives you the thing you asked for and you're sitting there debating over it. I'm not saying she should give up the career she worked hard to re-establish, but still...
I wasn't impressed with last nights episode either! I actually got bored half way through it.
